These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding electronic agreement between you ("User", "you") and Win Light (operating the brand "White Deal", "we", "us"), governing your use of the website https://whitedeal.in and all related IT services. This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and Section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000. By accessing, registering on, or booking through the Website you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to register or place a booking.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You must accept the Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy before completing registration.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts found to be misused, fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.
3. Services
White Deal offers on-site IT services such as CCTV installation, networking, computer repair, cyber security and related products. Service availability is currently limited to Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan and Bhiwandi (MMR). Estimated arrival time is indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather or technician availability.
4. Booking, Pricing & Payments
- All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- The site visit fee shown at checkout is payable to our engineer on site (cash / UPI).
- Final cost of parts, labour and replacement components will be quoted on site after diagnosis and confirmed by you in writing/UPI before work begins.
- Coupon codes are subject to validity, usage limits and the conditions stated at the time of issue.
5. User Obligations
- Provide a safe and accessible work environment for our engineer.
- Backup your data before any repair work; we are not liable for data loss arising during repair where backup was not provided.
- Not host, display, upload, transmit or share any information that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing or otherwise prohibited under Rule 3(1)(b) of the IT Rules, 2021.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — logo, trademarks, design, text, images, software — is the property of Win Light or its licensors and is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that specific service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
8. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control including acts of God, pandemic, riots, government action, strikes, internet/power failure or natural disasters.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Win Light, its directors, employees and partners from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel bookings at our sole discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud, abuse or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Thane, Maharashtra.
