Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings, services and products purchased from Win Light (brand: "White Deal") through the website https://whitedeal.in and is part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Cancellation by Customer
- Free cancellation: Bookings can be cancelled free of cost up to 2 hours before the scheduled visit slot.
- Late cancellation: Cancellations within 2 hours of the slot may attract a cancellation fee of up to ₹200 to cover travel/scheduling costs.
- No-show: If our engineer reaches the site and the customer is unavailable, the full visit fee becomes payable.

2. Cancellation by Win Light
If we are unable to fulfil a booking due to engineer unavailability, area restriction or any other reason, we will inform you in advance and offer either rescheduling or a full refund of any amount already paid.
3. Refund — Services
- Visit fee is refundable only if the cancellation falls within the free-cancellation window above, or if the visit is cancelled by Win Light.
- If the engineer cannot diagnose / resolve the reported issue and no parts have been used, the visit fee may be refunded fully or partially at our discretion.
- Once a service has been performed and acknowledged by you, the service charges are non-refundable.
4. Refund — Products
- Replacement / return requests for products must be raised within 7 days of delivery in case of manufacturing defect, wrong item, or damage in transit.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals and the original invoice.
- The following are non-returnable: consumables (cables already cut, cleaning kits), software licences, and items marked "non-returnable" on the product page.
- Manufacturer warranty (where applicable) will be honoured directly by the brand as per their terms.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (UPI / bank account). Cash payments will be refunded via UPI / NEFT to a bank account provided by you.
- Bank/payment gateway delays are beyond our control.
6. Coupons & Discounts
Discounts applied via coupon codes are not refundable in cash. If a refund is processed for an order that used a coupon, the refund amount will be the net amount actually paid by you.
7. Disputes
Any dispute regarding a refund must be raised within 15 days of the service date / delivery date by writing to contact@whitedeal.in. Disputes will be resolved as per our Terms & Conditions and Indian law.
